REBATE INFORMATION. Exhibitors may collect $300 in rebates for filling out the online registration form, registering all items with accurate and complete information, submitting payment by February 15, and adhering to all shipping requirements provided below. The rebate will be paid as a credit toward 2014’s Trade Show fees.

REGISTERING NEW ITEMS and TRADE SHOW DEALS. Exhibitors must register all new items, promotions, or other show specials on Capitol Distributing’s website at: www.capitoldist.com. Item registration should be completed by February 15 to qualify for performance rebates.

New items, show specials, shippers, and promotions that are properly registered will be included in Capitol Distributing's 2013 Trade Show Directory, which will be provided to all attendees. Only items presented in the Trade Show Directory will be included in the customer raffle. Items and specials presented by exhibitors that are not included in the directory may not be honored by Capitol Distributing.

Exhibitors may register up to 20 items free-of-charge for each manufacturer being represented. Exhibitors will be charged a $5 set-up fee for each additional item registered. The same item may be offered in up to three separate months of the year.

By registering items in this system, exhibitors acknowledge that retailers order items at the trade show with the expectation that Capitol Distributing is able to deliver within the specific shipping dates offered. Therefore, to ensure all items offered at the trade show are available to interested retailers, exhibitors agree to: 1) deliver items to Capitol Distributing by the specified delivery date, and 2) waive any minimum order quantity requirements for all trade show items.

BOOTHS. Capitol Distributing reserves the right to modify the floor plan to accommodate space for any reasons deemed necessary. Generally, booth assignments will be made in the order the Exhibitor Registration Forms are completed. For special exhibits, it is understood that Capitol Distributing will assign the most practicable space available.
Booths may be set up on Wednesday, March 27 between 12:00pm and 5:00pm, and Thursday morning between 7:30am and 9:00am. Installation will not be allowed during show hours. The Trade Show will begin promptly Thursday, March 28, at 10:00am. Exhibitors will need to breakdown on Thursday at 5:00p immediately following show hours. Dismantling of the exhibits is not permitted until closing time.

If you are found taking supplies from any other vendor booth due to your lack of preparation (i.e. hooks, linens, tables, chairs, paperwork, etc.), your supervisor will be notified immediately and your future participation in Capitol Distributing Trade Shows will be in question.

Additional tables and chairs are available at an added cost. Ensure that you request additional needs on the registration form. If you do not and request these at the show, you will be charged double and availability will not be guaranteed. There will be a very limited amount of additional supplies on hand at the show.

SAMPLES. Orders for item samples pulled from Capitol's warehouse need to be submitted on or before March 8. All samples will be transported from Capitol Distributing's warehouse to the Boise Centre building on March 27. Boise Centre will NOT accept samples sent directly to their address. Samples sent by exhibitors should be shipped to: Capitol Distributing, ATTN: "TRADE SHOW", 3500 Commercial Ct., Meridian, ID 83642. Please be sure to include the broker name or your name on the box so we know who it belongs to.

SPONSORSHIPS AND DOOR PRIZES. Sponsors of the dinner will be recognized at the dinner. Door prizes are welcome and appreciated. If you choose to provide your own prize, please notify us in advance to receive full recognition for your prize. EXHIBITOR CONTESTS. Exhibitors have the opportunity to participate in two separate contests we run at each show.
