Capitol Distributing has the ability to customize your invoices to sort how you want to see them.  Regardless of their format, our invoices are easy-to-read.  Categories are divided and subtotaled so you can quickly compare purchases of different brands within each category.  Invoices also include gross margins and the suggested retail unit prices for each brand for hassle-free management of pricing and profit.  A summary at the end of your invoice totals your purchases by category and allows you to make quick comparisons.

The categories most frequently used on our current customers invoices include the following:

• Invoice by National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) categories
• Invoice by Tote (sorted and subdivided by the totes you receive for easy check-in at delivery)
• Invoice by Alphabetical
• Invoice by Retailer Customized Categories (you set the parameters and we can quickly build our invoices to suit your needs)
