Drivers

Long-haul and short-haul delivery drivers are routinely hired. CDL preferred for most short routes (day and night deliveries). CDL required for long routes. Most delivery routes are made between Monday and Friday. This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly. This is a financially rewarding job with reliable hours.

Picking/Order Selectors

Order selectors are routinely hired at Capitol Distributing. Full-time pickers typically start at $8.50/hour, depending on experience. Order selectors’ shift begin at noon, Monday through Thursday, and shift length generally varies between 8 and 12 hours, depending on the day and season. Order selectors must be in physically good-shape, able to walk during the entire work shift, and able to lift at least 40 pounds.
